Job Summary
A Front Office Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, attending guest queries, and ensuring excellent guest service throughout the stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and courteously.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest emails/messages.
- Maintain proper guest records and registration details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when required.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain cash transactions, billing, and payment records.
- Ensure grooming standards and front office SOPs are followed.
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and professional atmosphere.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and hotel software knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Well-groomed and professional behavior.
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Hotel Front Office / hospitality industry preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.41 - ₹25,239.16 per month
