Position Title : Sales Administration Manager
Qualification
- Post Graduate Degree, preferably MBA
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Sales Administration
- Office Administration
- Team Management
- Customer Management
- Quality Assurance
- Event Coordination / Campaign Management
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage overall sales administration activities of the organization.
- Support the Director in daily operational and administrative functions.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between departments.
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
- Monitor sales-related documentation, reports, MIS, and administrative records.
- Handle customer coordination and ensure timely support and issue resolution.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ensure proper implementation of company procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective workflow and task completion.
- Support management in strategic planning and operational improvements.
