Servicenow Developer
Handson development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
Service Portal Employee Center 3rd Party Integration experience is must
Deep understanding of Service Portal Employee Service Center implementation Configuration of Widgets CSS Pages is required
Must be able to understand the existing customizations of SP and replicate the same on ESC
Should be able to demonstrate ESC features and Integration use cases
Can deploy error handling and retry components in newexisting integrations
Create customize VA topics business rules client scripts script includes UI policies ACLs data policies UI scripts
Can troubleshoot basic configurationscript integrations issues
Having prior SP to ESC migration experience is an added advantage
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform portal customization is a MUST
ServiceNow certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Implementation
Must have done 3 Integrations with 3rd party tools using Rest SOAP email MID ServerIntegration hub etc People with SailPointIIQ Integration experience will be given preference
Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services
Exhibits punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings including requirements review and validation sessions SCRUM ceremonies
Strong communication presentation and writing skills to engage with stakeholders gather requirement provide demos and obtain sign off
Good understanding of ITIL v3v4 processes
