Job Description – Kitchen Commi III
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Commi III to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and cooking of food items as instructed by senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Ensure proper storage of food and kitchen supplies
- Support in cutting, chopping, and basic food preparation activities
- Follow food safety and company SOPs at all times
- Assist in maintaining stock and kitchen equipment properly
- Work closely with the kitchen team during operations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in kitchen operations
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
Qualification
- Hotel Management qualification or relevant experience preferred
