Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions, sales processes, and operational procedures. The role involves conducting audits, identifying performance gaps, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing actionable feedback to enhance customer experience and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer interactions, including calls, emails, chats, and site visit coordination.
- Conduct regular quality audits of sales and customer service processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and service standards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations to sales and customer support teams.
- Track quality metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and process compliance levels.
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain audit documentation and quality records accurately.
- Support training and development programs by identifying knowledge and skill gaps.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
