Role Overview
We're looking for a self-driven sales person to bring in clients for our tech services. No technical knowledge needed — our team handles everything after the first call. Your job is outreach, pitching, and getting the right people to say yes.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to business owners via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Apollo.io or any channel you're comfortable with
- Pitch OomaLabs services and qualify interest
- Book a discovery call and hand off to our tech team
- Follow up until deal is closed
- Track leads in CRM that we provide
What You'll Earn
Commission-based role with 12% to 20% per closed project depending on project value — with no ceiling on monthly earnings. Close more, earn more. Payout within 7days of client payment received.
You're the Right Fit If You:
- Have done sales, BD, or lead gen before — even informally or freelance
- Can confidently talk to Indian and international business owners
- Are self-driven — zero micromanagement here
- Can commit 15–20 hours/week
