Job Title: Store Manager ( Grocery / FMCG Store )
Salary - 25000 to 35000 Per Month
Location - Across Bangalore we have 44 Stores inside Apartments
Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and displays
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Motivate the team to meet sales goals
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Build long-term customer relationships

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
