Senior Copywriter
(a.k.a. the person who makes brands sound like they have a personality)
Role Overview
Good words that get people to stop scrolling, laugh, feel something, and hit "buy now" — those are rare. We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who can write those words, on demand, across multiple brands, without losing their mind (or their sense of humor).
This isn't a "write some captions and call it a day" role. You'll be shaping how brands sound, what they post, and why — then backing it all up with copy sharp enough to actually move the needle.
Experience
4-5 years of turning blank pages into things people actually want to read.
Salary
₹50,000/month.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Build content strategies for social media accounts (LinkedIn & Instagram) that have an actual goal, not just "post something"
- Put together content calendars that don't fall apart the moment a client changes their mind
- Decide how each brand talks — witty, warm, no-nonsense, chaotic-but-charming, whatever fits
- Figure out what kind of content each account actually needs, not just what's trendy this week
- Write copy for the high-stakes, high-revenue accounts — the ones where a bad line costs real money
- Team up with the Social Media/Creative squad so your copy becomes great-looking, on-brand content (not a wall of text nobody designs)
- Write long-form content and blogs when the mood — or the brief — calls for it
- Jump into website copy every now and then, because good writing shouldn't stop at social
- Work with people inside and outside the team to understand audiences and keep everyone's brand goals on track
You Might Be Our Person If...
- You've got 4-5 years of copywriting/content strategy experience, ideally in the agencies or client-facing chaos
- You can switch brand voices faster than most people switch Netflix shows
- You actually understand social platforms and audiences — not just "post at 9am, it works"
- You're equally at home writing a punchy Instagram caption and a solid B2B case study
- You can talk to stakeholders like a human, not a robot reading from a brief
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
