Job Summary:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and supporting CNC, EDM, Additive Manufacturing machines, and related production activities. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts, including night shifts, and should support local travel whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC, EDM, Additive Manufacturing, and other production machines as instructed.
2. Assist in machine setup, powder handling, loading/unloading of parts, basic machine cleaning, and routine maintenance.
3. Support AM machine activities such as material loading, build monitoring, part removal, and cleaning.
4. Assist in post-processing activities such as support removal, sanding, blasting, polishing, and finishing.
5. Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and machine operating guidelines.
6. Maintain basic production records, job cards, and machine logbooks.
7. Support inspection, packing, dispatch, and material movement activities.
8. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for daily production tasks.
9. Be flexible to work in day/night shifts based on production requirements.
10. Be available for local travel related to production, vendor work, or delivery support when required.
Required Skills :
I. Diploma / ITI qualification.
II. Basic knowledge of machine operation and workshop practices.
III. Prior experience in CNC, EDM, or Additive Manufacturing machines will be preferred.
IV. Willingness to work in night shifts.
V. Basic understanding of tools, measuring instruments, and safety practices.
VI. Discipline, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions carefully.
VII. Local travel flexibility.
Preferred Profile:
Candidate with previous hands-on experience in CNC machining, EDM, AM machines, workshop operations, or production environment will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
