You’ll make an impact by:
- Analyze incident data, feedback, and usage analytics to understand how employees interact with Office IT services.
- Identify friction points across onboarding, ordering, activation, and support journeys to improve employee experience.
- Translate user behavior data into clear insights that guide better service, product, and design decisions.
- Build intuitive Power BI dashboards that make experience trends visible and actionable for stakeholders.
- Connect insights to opportunities that simplify, automate, or improve Office IT services.
Support experience audits and 5- certification through defined KPIs, standards, and measurement.
- Collaborate with UX designers, service owners, and product teams to turn insights into real improvements.
- Enable data-driven decisions that help employees access smarter, more intuitive services.
- Bring 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, UX insights, or employee experience improvement.
- Apply strong analytical skills to uncover patterns, issues, and practical improvement opportunities.
- Use Power BI to create clear dashboards, reports, and visual stories for varied stakeholders.
- Develop CoPilot Studio know-how to support smarter employee experience solutions.
- Understand UX principles and user journeys across end-to-end service interactions.
- Translate sophisticated data into actionable insights that teams can use quickly.
- Communicate clearly through data storytelling to explain findings and influence decisions.
