Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through phone calls and online communication channels.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable education programs.
- Explain course features, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures.
- Guide learners throughout the admission and enrollment journey.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective learners.
- Follow up on enquiries and support learners until the enrollment process is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Achieve individual performance and enrollment goals.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in education counseling, customer engagement, sales, or admissions will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in handling telephonic and virtual conversations.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools.
