Role Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls for skincare products. The role involves connecting with leads generated through marketing campaigns, explaining products, following up with customers, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential leads generated through performance marketing campaigns
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare products
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to maximize conversions
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and ongoing offers
- Maintain daily call records and conversion trackers in CRM or Excel
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer queries and objections confidently
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable handling sales targets and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM tools)
- Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or product sales preferred
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Comfortable with outbound sales calling
