We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in the jewellery industry..
The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements.
Provide detailed information about gold, diamond, silver, and fashion jewellery collections.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, billing support, and after-sales service. Ensure proper display, maintenance, and presentation of jewellery products.
Keep updated with current fashion and jewellery trends.
Support inventory management and stock verification activities.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-centric approach with excellent selling abilities.
Knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer and billing system knowledge preferred.
