Job Summary
The Raigad Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and generate business opportunities in Bangalore and surrounding areas. The role involves field visits, client acquisition, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Local candidates are preferred. Candidates from nearby cities are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
- Visit clients and promote the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on market activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Industrial Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Bangalore city and nearby industrial areas.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.
- Valid driving license is required.

- Candidates from nearby cities who are willing to travel extensively.
