Experience: 2+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Handle AP (invoice verification & payments)
- Manage AR including EMI tracking & collections
- Maintain ageing reports & reconcile balances
GST & TDS Compliance
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C)
- ITC reconciliation & discrepancy resolution
- Manage TDS filings & reconciliations
Banking & Reconciliations
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Reconcile debtors, creditors & loan accounts
- Identify & resolve mismatches
NBFC Operations
- Loan disbursement & EMI accounting
- Interest income, fees & penal charges accounting
- NPA provisioning as per RBI norms
- Regulatory reporting support
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS, cash flow & dashboards
- Assist in variance analysis
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Accounting
- Expertise in reconciliations
- Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Preferred Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services or Inter CA / Inter CMA
- Exposure to loan lifecycle, GST, TDS & audits
