We are looking for creative Video Editors / Motion Designers to create engaging, high-retention YouTube documentary-style content.
Role Overview:
You will work on B-roll/A-roll edits, 2D motion graphics, and 2.5D/3D-style storytelling videos designed for high audience engagement on YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and design documentary-style videos for YouTube
- Create motion graphics including maps, infographics, graphs, and article-based visuals
- Work on 2.5D/3D camera-style edits with depth, lighting, and compositing
- Research and source visuals/clips to support storytelling
- Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail, pacing, and retention
Required Skills:
- Experience in video editing / motion graphics (YouTube or documentary style preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of animation graphs, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of color grading, composition, and camera movement
- Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT) is a plus
Preferred Education:
- Mass Communication / Visual Communication / Animation / Fine Arts
