Cold Caller (Remote)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team and help generate qualified appointments through outbound calling. This is a remote role for individuals who are confident speaking with business owners, can follow a structured sales process, and are comfortable working with performance-based targets.
Job Details
- Full-Time Remote Position
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce our services and qualify potential leads.
- Book strategy calls for the sales team.
- Update call records and lead information in the CRM.
- Follow call scripts and company processes.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects.
Daily Performance Expectations
- Complete 60 answered calls per day.
- Each call must be at least 30 seconds long.
- Unanswered calls will not count toward the daily target.
- If fewer than 60 calls are completed, generating 2 qualified strategy call bookings will be considered an acceptable achievement for the day.
Performance Policy
A Red Notice will be issued if:
- You do not complete 60 qualified calls, and
- You do not generate 2 strategy call bookings.
Salary will be not counted for that day.
CRM & Monitoring
- A CRM system will be provided.
- All calls will be monitored and recorded.
- CRM monitoring software will be used to track calling activities and performance.
- Candidates must have:
- Desktop or Laptop
- Smartphone
- Stable Internet Connection
Incentives
In addition to the fixed salary:
- Earn ₹18,000 incentive upon closing 5 clients in a month.
- Earn ₹50,000 incentive upon closing 10 clients in a month.*
- Additional performance rewards may be offered based on results.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Self-disciplined and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
