Job Title: HR Executive
Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Bangalore - Near Bommanahalli, Hosur Road, Bangalore (In-office position)
Shift timings: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Joining: Immediate / 15 days / 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles and campus hiring roles, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth selection processes.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Conduct structured onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
- Coordinate smooth offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance.
- Drive the BGV (Background Verification) process with vendors and ensure timely completion.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities, including surveys and feedback sessions.
- Organize fun activities, celebrations, and team-building events to promote a positive work culture.
- Address and resolve employee grievances with empathy and confidentiality, escalating when needed.
- Support in performance management, including reviews, feedback collection, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HR administrative support, maintain employee records, and assist in policy implementation.
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate HR professional with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Exposure to HRMS and ATS is a plus.
