Hiring: Freelance Performance Marketer (Project Basis | Remote)
We're looking for a results-driven Freelance Performance Marketer to work with us on multiple client projects.
Location Requirement: South West Delhi (Mandatory)
Work Mode: Remote
Engagement: Freelance / Project Basis
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (Meta & Google Both)
- Understand complete marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation and eCommerce growth
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS
- Collaborate with our creative team on ad concepts and testing
- Research competitors and identify winning ad angles
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has hands-on experience running Meta Ads
- Understands sales funnels, customer psychology and performance marketing
- Knows what types of creatives and ad formats actually convert
- Can independently analyse data and make optimisation decisions
- Is proactive, reliable and meets deadlines
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
✅ Video editing for performance ads (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar)
✅ Ability to create high-converting UGC-style ad creatives
✅ Experience with Shopify/D2C brands
