Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused Science Teacher to join our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and interactive science lessons, foster scientific inquiry, and help students develop conceptual understanding through practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science to students as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in General Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Prepare yearly lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct laboratory experiments while maintaining safety standards.
- Use activity-based, experiential, and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.
- Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
- Prepare students for school examinations, Olympiads, and science exhibitions.
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that promotes inquiry and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and parents to support student development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Science or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. from a recognized university (Mandatory).
- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) preferred.
- 1–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
