We are looking for a proactive IT Executive- Hardware & Networking to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, maintain company assets, and ensure smooth functioning of systems, networks, and servers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve IT Tickets and provide day-to-day technical support
- Managing company assets, inventory, and asset allocation
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, scanners, hardware, and network issues
- Maintain OS, software, servers, and network connectivity
- Configure firewall, domain/security policies, and its access rules
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and server maintenance
- Hands-on experience in hardware and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with firewall, domain policies, and antivirus management
- Understanding of data backup, cloud uploads, and DMS support
- Good communication and coordination skills
