A Senior Telecaller/Visa Counselor in the immigration sector acts as the primary link between prospective clients and immigration consultants. Their main goal is to promote visa services, qualify leads, explain immigration programs, and schedule appointments. Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Calling: Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls, qualifying prospective clients interested in study visas, work permits, permanent residency (PR), and tourist visas.
- Consultation & Advising: Explain complex visa categories, eligibility criteria, and process timelines accurately.
- Lead Conversion: Persuade and guide leads through the immigration process to convert initial inquiries into paying clients.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
