Job Summary
The Admin cum Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the coaching center while also handling student inquiries, counselling parents/students, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Admission Counselling
- Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents
- Explain courses, fees, and admission procedures clearly
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling
- Conduct follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
- Maintain admission records and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Support promotional activities and admission campaigns
Administration
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a smooth workflow
- Maintain student records, attendance, and fee records
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally
- Coordinate with faculty and support staff
- Maintain documentation, registers, and filing systems
- Assist in scheduling classes, tests, and batches
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Friendly, patient, and student-focused attitude
- Prior experience in counselling, front office, or admin work preferred (freshers with good communication may apply)
Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma (preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years (education sector experience is an advantage)
Working Hours
- 10am to 7.30pm
- Week off in weekdays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,011.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
