*Job Title: Architect (Interior Design & Site Coordination)*
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect who can seamlessly integrate architectural expertise with interior design execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of working smartly across design, coordination, and site execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to high-quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop architectural and interior design concepts, drawings, and specifications.
* Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinate all site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and timelines.
* Supervise and monitor on-site progress, resolving any design or execution challenges proactively.
* Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials, vendor coordination, and cost control.
* Ensure proper material selection and maintain strong knowledge of material specifications, finishes, and applications.
* Review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions from contractors and suppliers.
* Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project requirements and safety norms.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
* Proven experience in architectural design with a strong focus on interior projects.
* Excellent coordination and communication skills with consultants and contractors.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and specifications.
* Ability to manage procurement and vendor relationships effectively.
* Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
* Smart problem-solving approach and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

* Experience in handling turnkey interior projects.
* Strong site management and execution skills.
