E-commerce Store Executive in a manufacturing line manages online store listings, links digital sales with factory floor output, and ensures continuous order fulfilment. This hybrid role syncs physical factory production directly with digital storefront platforms. Core Responsibilities
- Product Catalog Optimization: Publish newly manufactured items on online marketplaces and Direct-to-Consumer portals.
- Listing Maintenance: Upload high-quality product images, update accurate factory specifications, and set pricing matrices.
- Factory Stock Synchronization: Coordinate with the production line to track batch outputs and update real-time stock counts.
- Order Processing Execution: Package, dispatch, and track direct customer shipments straight from the manufacturing warehouse.
- Return and Defect Tracking: Process returns, document customer complaints, and report production line product defects to quality managers.
- Platform Operations Monitoring: Monitor smooth website functionality, online checkout systems, and active payment gateway portals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inventory Stock-Out Rate: The percentage of digital listings that become accidentally unavailable due to poor factory alignment.
- Order Fulfilment Cycle Time: Total speed from online customer checkout to factory-gate courier dispatch.
- Listing Accuracy Score: Eliminating gaps between advertised online specifications and the delivered physical manufactured item.
- Return Processing Window: The daily turnaround speed for resolving returns and handling customer cancellations.
Requirements & Tools
- Platform Mastery: Experience operating Shopify, Magento, or major multi-brand marketplaces.
- ERP and Inventory Software: Familiarity handling material stores inside SAP or NetSuite ecosystems.
- Data Management Skills: Intermediate spreadsheet use involving advanced lookups, sorting filters, and data cleaning scripts.
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree alongside at least 1-3 years managing digital retail orders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
