Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager – Building Materials to manage product strategy, market development, sales growth, and product positioning. The candidate will be responsible for understanding market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and driving the success of building material products.
Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute product strategies for building material products.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from planning to market launch.
- Identify new product opportunities based on market demand.
- Define product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to improve product performance.
Market Development:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Sales & Business Growth:
- Support sales teams with product knowledge and technical information.
- Develop strategies to achieve product-wise sales targets.
- Monitor product performance and take corrective actions.
- Drive product promotion activities and customer engagement programs.
Customer & Technical Support:
- Understand customer requirements and provide product solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for product improvements.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with R&D, production, quality, procurement, and sales teams.
- Support new product development initiatives.
- Prepare product reports, sales analysis, and market insights.
Required Skills:

- Experience in product management, sales, or marketing.
- Good understanding of construction materials and applications.
