Role Summary
To ensure effective post-dispatch follow-up with customers (primarily farmers) for confirmation of material receipt, escalate issues if any, guide customers with installation information, and maintain accurate documentation in designated systems.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA)
1. Post-Dispatch Follow-up
- Make outbound calls to customers with clarity and precision 2–3 days after material dispatch to confirm receipt.
- Record customer responses accurately in the designated Google Sheet.
2. Communication to Customer
- Send WhatsApp/SMS to customers acknowledging receipt of materials (only if there's no issue like shortage, breakage, or non-functional item).
- Resend acknowledgment message after issue resolution.
- Send WhatsApp instructions for product installation and update status in the Google Sheet.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information courteously.
3. Data Management
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in Google Sheets related to calls, confirmations, escalations, and message communication.
- Support data entry tasks related to inventory management during low call volume or available time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical:
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage WhatsApp communication through web interface

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
