- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Good To Have Skills: Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and query optimization.
- Experience in writing complex stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in database applications.
- Familiarity with integrating PL/SQL code with other application components and services.
