Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client communication, understand requirements, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of marketing, branding, printing, and promotional projects.
Our company is a marketing and advertising agency serving clients across multiple industries, including automobile companies, dealerships, retail, corporate, and other business segments.
The selected candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams such as sales, graphic design, production, printing, operations, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, campaign briefs, product specifications, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate with the graphic design team for creatives, artwork changes, and client approvals.
- Coordinate with production, printing, operations, and dispatch teams for order execution and timely delivery.
- Share quotations, product details, artwork proofs, order status, and dispatch updates with clients.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, purchase orders, payments, and feedback.
- Maintain client communication records, order trackers, project status reports, and follow-up MIS.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet client requirements, brand guidelines, quality standards, and committed timelines.
- Support the sales team in cross-selling and upselling marketing, branding, promotional, and after-sales products.
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to repeat business.
- Coordinate with multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client servicing reports as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, PGDM, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, customer relationship management, sales coordination, advertising agency, branding, printing, or marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, CRM, and project/order tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling corporate clients, automobile clients, dealerships, or agency clients will be an added advantage.
