Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Indian Oil SERVO Lubricants and other automotive products.
- Visit customers, workshops, dealers, and fleet operators to generate new business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including WhatsApp, social media, and email campaigns.
Operations
- Coordinate daily order processing, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Maintain operational records and prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, or Sales.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
