Key Requirements:
* Strong ability in scouting, reaching out, calling, and negotiating with relevant creators/influencers.
* Manage day-to-day coordination with creators and act as the primary point of contact.
* Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
* Basic analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
* Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and the creator ecosystem.
* Strong organizational skills to track daily activities and ensure smooth execution.
* Ability to assist in planning, creating, and maintaining creator content calendars.
Should be able to speak Hindi fluently.
