Job Description – Quality Analyst (QA) | AI Call Audit Company: Prinith Solutions Private Limited Position: Quality Analyst (QA) – AI Call Audit Industry: Automobile / Auto-Tech / BPO / Contact Center
Experience: 2–5+ Years Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Location: Indore & Bangalore Work Model: WFO & WFH – Both Available
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 In-Hand + Incentives Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Important Work Model Requirement Candidates must be willing to work from the office for the initial 1–2 months in Indore or Bangalore. After successfully completing this initial WFO period, candidates will be eligible to switch to Work From Home (WFH).
Key Responsibilities 1.Conduct Voice Call Auditing and Quality Monitoring. 2.Perform AI Voice Auditing / AI-based Quality Monitoring. 3.Audit Customer and Sales Calls for quality and compliance. 4.Prepare and maintain QA scorecards, SOPs and compliance reports. 5.Analyze call quality and customer experience. 6.Identify quality gaps and provide actionable feedback for improvement. 7.Maintain accurate quality reports and documentation. 8.Use MS Excel for reporting, analysis and data management. Preferred Industry Background Candidates with experience in any of the following industries/processes are preferred:- Automobile / Auto-Tech BPO / Contact Center Customer Support Voice Process / Call Auditing Sales Call Auditing AI Voice Audit / AI-based Quality Monitoring Language Skills *English & Hindi Any one regional language preferred: *Bengali *Marathi *Punjabi *Gujarati *Tamil *Telugu *Kannada *Malayalam Candidate Profile
*Graduate in any discipline. *2–5+ years of relevant QA experience. *Strong understanding of voice call auditing and quality monitoring. *Experience in customer/sales call audits will be an advantage. *Good analytical, communication and reporting skills.
