Field Business Development Executive /Sales Executive

About the Role
We are hiring a Field Business Development Executive to work directly with medical colleges across Chennai. This is an on-field role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned medical colleges and teaching hospitals.
- Interact with MBBS students, interns, CRs, faculty members, and student representatives.
- Conduct campus presentations and awareness activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Generate qualified student enquiries and support the admissions process.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM.
- Achieve monthly business and activity targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, education, healthcare, or pharma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- Comfortable with daily field travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
