- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

- Schedule appointments, demos, or counseling sessions for sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Update customer information and lead status regularly.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build positive relationships with customers to improve engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights.
- Ensure timely follow-up on missed calls and pending inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during customer interactions.
- Prepare daily call reports and performance updates for management.
- Achieve lead conversion and sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, pricing, and industry trends.
- Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when required.
