Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project status across different government portals and ensure compliance with departmental requirements
- Coordinate with customers telephonically, as and when required
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely task completion
- Check, validate, and verify data available on portals
- Fetch, analyze, and report data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Manage end-to-end documentation and data handling for solar pump installation projects under government schemes.
- Maintain and organize project-wise records including installation photos, site documents, and compliance-related files as per department guidelines
- Ensure all project steps (from initiation to completion) are properly documented and updated in internal systems
- Perform accurate data entry of project-related information into Excel / Google Sheets.
- Validate and verify data received from field teams, dealers, and portals to maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
