Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion: Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins), conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into registered students to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Parent Counseling & Tours: Provide detailed information on preschool programs, curriculum, fees, and safety policies. Conduct school tours to showcase facilities.
- Documentation & Data Management: Guide parents through the application, documentation, and enrollment processes, ensuring all records are maintained accurately.
- Marketing & Outreach: Participate in marketing activities, promotional events, and open houses to increase brand awareness.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build positive relationships with prospective families to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Skills: Strong written/verbal communication, persuasive interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems.
- Education: A graduate degree is often required, with an education background preferred.
- Attributes: Target-driven, patient, well-organized, and passionate about early childhood education.
- Conversion - Assist with conversion of enquired, do regular follow-ups.

Pay: ₹12,025.36 - ₹35,000.00 per month
