- Assist customers in identifying suitable laptops and related accessories based on their requirements
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and ongoing promotional offers
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and stock handling within the department
- Stay updated with the latest laptop models, brands, and market trends
