Trimortal Ventures is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the real estate sales team.
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and conversions.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
- Maintain professional discipline and coordination within the team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM handling is an advantage.
