Role Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller with strong communication skills and experience in customer calling and appointment scheduling.
This role is focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and scheduling appointments with prospective customers. You are expected to communicate clearly, build rapport quickly, and ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted into appointments.
This is not a passive calling role. This is an ownership role.
What This Role Is Not
- Not someone who simply reads a script without understanding customer intent
- Not someone who avoids follow-ups after the first call
- Not a backend coordination-only role
- Not someone who waits to be reminded about pending leads
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Calling and Qualification
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated by the team
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads effectively
- Build strong first-level conversations with potential customers
- Maintain professional communication and customer experience standards
2. Appointment Scheduling and Follow-ups
- Schedule appointments/site visits/demo discussions based on customer interest
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads
- Track lead status and ensure no opportunities are missed
- Maintain daily calling records and lead updates
3. Lead Management
- Update CRM and maintain lead information accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding appointments and customer requirements
- Ensure timely updates on lead progress and status
- Escalate important concerns or high-priority leads immediately
4. Communication and Coordination
- Handle customer conversations confidently and professionally
- Manage objections and maintain a positive customer experience
- Communicate updates clearly with internal stakeholders
- Maintain responsiveness across calls and WhatsApp communication

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Support, or Calling roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in outbound calling and follow-ups
- Ability to build rapport and handle customer conversations confidently
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity preferred
- Organized and proactive approach toward daily tasks
- Bachelor's degree preferred
