- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate front office personnel. Ensure the team maintains a welcoming, professional demeanor at all times.
- Guest Relations: Serve as the final escalation point for customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints. Proactively ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing accuracy.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room availability, and with HR or Facilities for onboarding and event management.
- Administrative & Financials: Monitor inventory/supplies, manage department budgets, prepare monthly reports, and enforce company policies.
- Leadership: Strong team management abilities with a proven track record of motivating staff.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Tech Proficiency: High familiarity with property management systems (PMS), reception software, and MS Office.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to multitask, manage stress, and resolve conflicts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Typically requires a degree in Hospitality or Business Administration and prior hands-on experience in supervisory or guest service roles
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
