Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms to drive website traffic, leads, conversions, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve business targets.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, and audiences.
- Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic marketing metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- E-commerce marketing experience.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
