Part-Time Telecaller (4 Hours per Day)
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Part-Time Telecaller to join our team for 4 hours per day. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with prospective customers, explaining our courses/services, scheduling appointments, and supporting the admissions/sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and students.
- Explain course details, offers, and services professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for counselors.
- Follow up with existing inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
- Update call records and customer information in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with the admissions and sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); any degree is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
