We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to strengthen our brand presence, build long-term school relationships, and generate high-quality leads across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with schools, educational institutions, and learning centers within assigned regions.
- Conduct regular field visits to establish and maintain strong relationships with school management and key stakeholders.
- Organize school presentations, awareness sessions, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Execute field marketing campaigns to enhance Eduport's brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, lead status, and engagement activities using CRM or reporting tools.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback from schools to support marketing strategies.
- Represent Eduport professionally during events, exhibitions, and other public engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, business development, or educational outreach. Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.20 per month
