Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead sales of IT infrastructure and hardware solutions including servers, networking equipment, computers, storage, CCTV, and related services. The role involves managing key accounts, driving new business, leading the sales team, and working closely with technical and procurement teams to deliver end-to-end solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT infrastructure, hardware, and surveillance solutions
- Manage sales of products such as servers, desktops/laptops, networking devices, storage, CCTV, and peripherals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across SMB, enterprise, and government sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, system integrators, and channel partners
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with technical and presales teams
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers and vendors
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and billing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in IT sales, specifically infrastructure and hardware
- Strong knowledge of:
- Servers and storage
- Networking (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Computers and peripherals
- CCTV and surveillance systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators
- Exposure to enterprise or government projects and tenders
- Technical certifications (Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
