Responsibilities:
Sales – 80%
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients and partners.
Track communication and follow‑ups with LinkedIn connections.
Leverage prospect databases and sales tools for lead generation.
Finance & Admin – 20%
Coordinate with Finance team for organizational tasks.
Organize team outings/events (typically twice a year).
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
MBA with specialization in Marketing.
5–10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
