Responsibilities Good at sourcing from Naukri, Foundit, etc. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Handle leadership, niche, and critical hiring. Guide junior recruiters and interns. Build sourcing strategies. Client interaction and requirement gathering. Drive closures within defined TAT. Prepare recruitment MIS reports.
Improve recruitment processes. Skills Strong stakeholder management. Advanced sourcing techniques. Team mentoring experience. Good communication. Target-oriented mindset.
Qualification Graduate/MBA HR preferred.
Interview Rounds 3 Rounds (1 Sourcing Test and 2 Discussion rounds
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
