Job Summary:
We are hiring Service Advisors / Service Engineers for a premium automotive workshop in Mumbai. Candidates with 1+ year of experience in automobile service, dealership operations, or workshop coordination are encouraged to apply.
The role requires strong customer handling skills, coordination with technicians, and basic technical understanding of vehicles and service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer vehicle service requirements and queries
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for repairs and servicing
- Prepare job cards, quotations, and service updates
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain service records and follow-up communication
- Support smooth workshop operations and service workflow
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Service Advisor / Service Engineer role
- Experience in automobile dealership or workshop preferred
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
