We are looking for a Telecaller with excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach to join our growing E-commerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers with order-related queries, product information, and delivery updates
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Customer Service
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
