Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Retail Sales Executive to manage field sales activities, visit retail outlets, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, distributors, and dealers on a regular basis.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote company products and schemes to retailers.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support. (Indeed)
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of local Vadodara market will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- 2–4 years of experience in Retail Sales, FMCG Sales, Beauty product Sales, or Field Sales.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
