Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Mobilizer to identify, counsel, and mobilize candidates for skill development programs under OSDA and DDUGKY projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize and enroll candidates from rural and urban areas
- Conduct awareness campaigns, field visits, and community meetings
- Coordinate with local authorities, पंचायत leaders, and stakeholders
- Counsel candidates about training programs and career opportunities
- Maintain records of mobilized candidates and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly mobilization targets
- Support training center activities and documentation
- Ensure proper candidate registration and onboarding
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Qualification: +2 / Graduation / Diploma / B.Tech
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in field areas
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation
- Local language proficiency preferred
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in skill development projects will be an added advantage
Salary
Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on performance and experience)
